After studying sculpture, she learns to make jewelry traditionally. The artist’s recent experiences are more in the field of contemporary jewelry. These experiences made the body, which plays a significant role in the presentation of jewelry, to the artist’s attention, and the new meanings and concepts that the body has found for her in creating her works. Also, the artist’s interest in anthropology, the cultural and native customs of the region’s people, and the role of objects, especially primitive human creations, whether in terms of application or content, become the foundation of the artist’s works. Sepideh Ghasemi has participated in several domestic and foreign exhibitions.
